About Us

Founded by a group of IIT alumni, with ample personal experience in IIT-JEE preparation institutes, Spectrum is an effort to ensure that every JEE-Aspirant is nurtured, guided and developed to the best of their potential. The Spectrum team is endowed in JEE education, with a deep insight into student psychology and efficient methods of teaching, based on detailed research and a comprehensive database of student learning.

We believe that students today respond to rote-based questions relatively well. However, they fail to answer unfamiliar or application based questions due to mis-aligned concepts. We aim at addressing this fundamental problem with a team of 35+ IITians who are experts in their respective fields with technical and behavioural competencies shared with above 7000 students in India over the last 11 years. The team members have taught in leading coaching institutes, been Head of Department of their respective subjects and designed and taught courses at the school as well as teacher-training level.

We believe in learning through understanding, so that the education lasts for a lifetime and helps the students as a tool in all their endeavours.We at Spectrum aim to evolve continuously through our interactive pedagogy methods like DPS (Daily Practice Sheets), Detailed Assessments, Teacher Evaluation Program, varied test paper patterns and more.
